Fuze Meeting Free Web Meeting, Audio Video Web Conferencing Online

Fuze Meeting is a web based service that lets you share everything you see and hear with anyone on any desktop, laptop, or mobile device. We've tested Fuze Meeting and can say that it is a web conferencing service with audio that "get's it." A combined visual and audio web based service that's easy and free to use. Initially the free part was the most exciting, because you get to use Fuze Meeting for small web and audio meetings right away. Sign up for a free web meeting account online and quickly send out your web meeting invitations to friends or co-workers. To join in on your web meeting, attendees click a link that you send by email, IM, Facebook, Twitter or mobile text message. Fuze Meeting is that simple to use.

Free Web Meeting

Since there is absolutely no software to download or install, you can get started as fast as you can sign up for a free web meeting account. Who will benefit from using the Fuze Meeting web conferencing service? Just about anyone who wants to file share, discuss what they are looking at, and talk about it in real time. Students, family members, business professionals and corporate employees will all find this online conferencing service refreshingly easy to use.

How Does Fuze Meeting Work?

Fuze Meeting is very intuitive to use. After signing up for your Free Basic or an upgraded free trial account, surely you will want to meet with someone right away. The Fuze Meeting control panel navigation is clearly laid out. A large button that says Start New Meeting will do as it says, start a new meeting now. Next, you have three tasks that you can perform in the order that makes the most sense to you: Share Desktop, Add Content, and Email Invitations. However, if your first web meeting test partner is expecting a real show from you, you might want to add some content to your web meeting before sending out their invitation. Just a thought. See these three Fuze Meeting control panel navigation buttons below.

Free Web Meeting Account

Adding content is as easy as browsing your desktop or laptop computer folders to select files you wish to show in your web meeting. Add Content as a good first step in getting familiar with your web meeting features. Don't over do it for your first web meeting. Just load a handful (or screen full) of documents with different file extensions (doc, xls, pdf) for example. Next use the Email Invitations button from within the Fuze Meeting control panel to send an invitation or two. A small window pops up so that you can input email addresses for meeting attendees. Click the Invite button and the invitations are sent immediately. The web meeting invite emails are brief, no doubt to keep things easy on the eyes and to avoid confusion. Since this is a live web meeting, the meeting attendee can click the emailed link to join. Dial in numbers are also provided for the audio conferencing capabilities. If for some reason emails are lost or you need to instant message, Facebook, or Twitter an attendee your web meeting instructions, you can view and copy/paste them by way of the Info tab from within the Fuze Meeting control panel. Share your desktop or show off your content when you are ready to begin your first web meeting.

Audio Video Web Meeting

The Meeting URL and dial in info above is for demonstration purposes only, but you get the idea. And remember that the above first meeting steps are our own quick test of the service. In depth demo meetings, video demonstrations, user guides and support are just clicks away should you need them. End Meeting (the button you click to end any meeting).
